Shipping & Returns

For items delivered via a shipping carrier please note that proof of purchase is required for an approved refund. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and full or partial refunds will be issued up to the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply . We offer a one-time price adjustment when an original sales receipt or proof of purchase is presented within 30 days of order delivery or purchase from a store.

When returning an item, please complete the information on the back of your packing slip, and use the return address label we provide. Pack your return securely and be sure to ship it via insured US Mail or UPS Ground. Retain your shipping receipt for your records.

Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we reserve the right to charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.

 

STOCKED FURNITURE

We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, however, please contact us immediately. Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in merchandise or store credit only. We strongly advise our customers to take appropriate measurements of their entry points to ensure the purchased items will fit through.

CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS

Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to customer specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed and another 50% before scheduling delivery of item or at delivery. If any manufacturing errors are found after delivery, the manufacturer will make every attempt to address the issues, including repair of the item at the manufacturer’s cost. In some cases, orders might be considered for partial refund, however the items shall be in unused and undamaged condition. 

MONOGRAMMED/PERSONALIZED ITEMS

These items are considered custom order items and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Final sale and clearance items purchased through Custom Furnishings are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

THIRD PARTY SALES

In some occasions we will contract third-party entities to fulfill production, sales and/or delivery of our orders. The Return Policy applicable to such orders will be the policies of the company or business entity that produced the invoice.
